Where are we located?

Located in Herne Bay, Kent. 

Do you offer deliveries?

Currently I am only offering collection. However I can offer deliveries but at an extra cost and to be discussed. So, please reach out to me.

How early should I order?

Please try and place orders 2-3weeks ahead of the required date, thank you! But, if you need something last minute please reach out to me and I will do my best to help! 

Payment Information

Please note that your payment is confirmation that you have read and agreed to the T&C. All deposits are non-refundable. All orders are paid in FULL no orders are booked in until payments have been made. 

Can I pay with cash?

Yes, you are able to pay with cash but the non-refundable deposit is still required. Please contact me if you would like to pay cash.

ALLERGEN information

Please be aware all cakes sold are made in a home kitchen and is not totally isolated from anything even if it states a “may contain” All bakes may contain the following ingredients. If you do have allergies please let me know immediately. 

  • Eggs 

  • Milk

  • Peanuts & nuts 

  • Wheat

  • Soya

  • Gluten

  • Lupin

  • Sulphites 

My products may also contain any of the following artificial colourings. 
Sunset yellow FCF ( E110)
Carmoisine(E112)
Quinoline(E104)
Allura red(E129)
Tartrazine(E102)
Ponceau 4R(E124)
May cause adverse reactions in children (hyperactive behaviour) 

Terms and Conditions

No orders are booked in until the full payment is made.

 

A photo of the finished product will always be sent to you before collection If for any reason, you’re not happy with your cake, please state this when you receive the image, and I will do my best to fix any issues. (Please note colours may be off due to lighting.) 

 

Full refunds are only offered if there is an issue that is down to my work for example, wrong flavours once the cake is cut the cake MUST be returned with only the one slice taken from it and not eaten to receive a full refund. If you wish to keep the cake a 25% refund will be given. 

 

Any damages made to the cake once collected is out of my hands and no refunds can be given. 

If you require your order to be fixed, it will be at an extra cost. So, please take care travel with your cake on the passenger seat floor, please do not carry the cake on a passengers lap at any time. 

 

Take your order straight home/venue & keep everything in the fridge until it’s needed. It is recommended to only leave your cakes out on display for 1-2 hours to avoid melting or buttercream becoming soft. Please do not leave the cake in sunlight or under warm lights. 


Please note I cannot recreate a cake that is someone else’s work I can work as close to the photo given but I cannot guarantee an exact replica.
